“Currently Being Fully Repainted at a cost of over £7000 ready for the new owner”

2009 New Beginnings Trad narrow boat, built by Dream Narrowboat, built on a Mike Christian/Tim Tyler shell. ?From the trad stern, steps lead over the enclosed engine into the rear bedroom with 4’6”fixed double bed. Plenty of storage is provided with three full-height cupboards within the bedroom, one of which forms a large airing cupboard. A separate bathroom contains a pump-out toilet with remote tank, shower cubicle with towel storage alongside and vanity unit with counter-top basin.

The galley is fitted with modern conveniences including two full sized fridges and with separate freezer compartments, oven, grill and 3-burner gas hob with electric hot plate. A built-in washing machine is neatly positioned under a large ceramic sink and drainer.
The galley opens past a breakfast bar into a large open plan saloon. Two leather chairs provide comfortable seating positioned in front of a solid fuel stove set on a raised plinth with tiled surrounds; a television cupboard is positioned under the gunwale opposite. Steps lead up to the front deck with glazed cratch frame and cover.

The boat also benefits from having both solar panels and a wind generator.
